  18. Hide Folder Lite is a new security tool that lets you lock your files, folders and
  19. drives with your personal password. Now nobody but you can access your most
  20. sensitive information. Locking folders, files and drives also effectively
  21. protects you from malicious programs, such as viruses, worms and trojans. Here
  22. is how Hide Folder Lite works - all you have to do is to drag file or folder you
  23. want to lock to Hide Folder Lite window, and the rest is done automatically.Now
  24. your data is protected, hidden and can not be accessed without entering your

  77. Read this license agreement in full before using Hide Folder Lite.

  79. 4.1. This Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal 
  80. agreement between you, the end-user ("Licensee"), and Authors of this 
  81. software ("Authors"). By using this software ("Hide Folder Lite") or 
  82. storing it on a computer hard drive (or other type of media), you are 
  83. agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

  85. 4.2. Hide Folder Lite IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND 
  86. IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE Hide Folder Lite AT YOUR OWN RISK. 
  87. Pilot Group LLC hereby disclaims all warranties and guarantees 
  88. regarding the use, or the results of use, of Hide Folder Lite in terms 
  89. of correctness, accuracy, reliability or otherwise. Pilot Group LLC 
  90. will not be responsible for any incidental, consequential, direct or 
  91. indirect damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, 
  92. business interruption and loss of information resulting from the correct 
  93. or otherwise use of Hide Folder Lite even if Pilot Group LLC has been 
  94. advised of the possibility of such damages. By installing Hide Folder Lite 
  95. you acknowledge that you have read this disclaimer, understood it, and you 
  96. agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You also agree that the 
  97. disclaimer is the complete and exclusive statement of agreement between 
  98. the parties and supersede all proposals or prior agreements, oral or written, 
  99. and any other communications between the parties relating to the subject 
  100. matter of the disclaimer.

  102. 4.3. All copyrights to " Hide Folder Lite " are exclusively owned by the 
  103. authors - Pilot Group LLC.

  105. 4.4. You are welcome to test the trial version of the program for 30 days. 
  106. These 30 days do not have to be continuous calendar dates. If you don't run 
  107. Hide Folder Lite on a particular date, it doesn't count against your 30 days. 
  108. This gives you plenty of time to try out the program on your own system. 
  109. After you tested the trial version you are required to license this product 
  110. and discontinue use of the trial version. Only the trial version of Hide Folder Lite
  111. may be distributed freely on online services, bulletin boards, or other 
  112. electronic media as long as the files are distributed in their entirety.

  114. 4.5. After purchasing, Pilot Group LLC grants you a non-exclusive license to 
  115. use one copy of the software, on one computer, and make one copy of it for 
  116. archival purposes. For purposes of this section, "use" means loading the software 
  117. into RAM, as well as installation on a hard disk or other storage device. You may 
  118. access the software from a hard disk, or any other method you choose, so long 
  119. as you otherwise comply with this agreement. You may not install the licensed 
  120. version of the software onto a network server or in any other way make it 
  121. available to more than one user at a time unless you have arranged in advance 
  122. for a multi-user license; make copies of the software other than one backup 
  123. copy solely for archival purposes; sell, furnish, transmit, or give away the 
  124. software such that the software is exploited in a commercial way; or sublicense, 
  125. rent, lease, or otherwise market the software. You may permanently transfer the 
  126. software to another owner only by providing written notice of such transfer to 
  127. Pilot Group LLC.

  129. 4.6. You may not alter this software in any way, including emulate, clone, rent, 
  130. lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, changing or removing any messages 
  131. or windows, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or 
  132. any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. 
  133. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination 
  134. of this license and may result in severe criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  136. 4.7. An upgrade replaces a previous version. It does not provide an additional 
  137. license. When upgrading you must cease using the previous version, and also 
  138. ensure that it is not used by anybody else.

  140. 4.8. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by the Authors.

  142. 4.9. The terms of this license, as well as the Hide Folder Lite interface design, 
  143. documentation, and coding are subjects of changes in future versions of 
  144. Hide Folder Lite without any prior notice.

  146. 4.10. Installing and using Hide Folder Lite signifies acceptance of these terms 
  147. and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this
  148. license you must remove Hide Folder Lite files from your storage devices and cease
  149. to use the product.
